Schedule creation is now open to registered attendees.
Note: It is a manual process to transfer tickets from Zeffy to sched.com - Updates will occur each evening.
We’ll be leaving this site open for sign-ups throughout the event, so you’ll be able to sign up here to play games all weekend, and you’ll check in at the beginning of each session when you sit down to play.
Looking to try a new game? Have a game you no longer play but think someone else might enjoy? Visit the Game Trade Station! Throughout the weekend, we’ll have a table stocked with a variety of games available for trade (board games, card game, RPG's, etc.). Attendees are invited to bring a gently used game or two from home and swap it for any other item on the table. Please ensure that the items you leave are complete and in good condition, ready to be enjoyed by someone else. Don’t see something you want right away? No worries! The inventory is expected to change continuously throughout the weekend, so check back later for new options.
The Painting Table returns for Paint & Take! Come and paint a free figure from our curated selection! See us at our setup table, select your miniature, and we will find a seat for you and set you up with brush water and a palette! This is an open-seating style event from 10am to 5pm (with the hour lunch break at 1pm-2pm), and while we will try to seat sign-up folks first, seating is not a guarantee (some folks take an hour to paint, some folks take three or four hours). Reaper Miniatures' Master Series Paints (MSP) are at the table, ready to go directly on most figures without primer, along with all of the brushes you might need to get a figure ready for the tabletop. BYOM is welcome as well! Feel free to bring a miniature you have bought from an exhibitor or one from home! This year, we are offering our 3D Printing services to print your custom designed miniatures from services like Titan Craft and Hero Forge! Check the RinCon Discord for more information, and the final date to submit your miniatures for printing is November 8th!
When bees are creating honeycomb, they connect their legs together to form a chain, called a festoon. In this game, players compete the be the first to form a festoon. Players take turns placing hexagonal bee tiles adjacent to the other tiles on the table one at a time. The first player who places four bees in a straight line wins.
As players create advantageous patterns and block others, Festoon becomes a game of competitive cooperation. Players must decide whether it is more advantageous to block another player's festoon or set themselves up for victory. The simple rules and strategic gameplay mean that anybody can play it, but victory can only be achieved by the player whose strategy comes out on top.

Imagine being the Captain of your own star ship. Come join us with your crew and fly around the galaxy in a star ship, killing bad guys, being amazed by space dragons, and avoiding black holes! Operate the ship together, and defend the sector from evil aliens.
Artemis simulates a spaceship bridge by networking several computers together. One computer runs the simulation and the main screen, while the others serve as workstations for the normal jobs a bridge officer might do, like Helm, Communication, Science, Engineering, and Weapon Control. Artemis is a social game where several players are together in one room (bridge) , and while they all work together, one player plays the Captain, a person who sits in the middle and tells everyone what to do.
We will have 2 full bridges and some fighter stations, so you can do joint or head to head missions.

A fast-paced, innovative puzzle game that takes place in three dimensions with 60 colorful spheres. All of the players play at the same time. Everybody tries to position the spheres on their trays to earn as many points as possible. The task cards indicate how the spheres must be placed to earn points. Complete these tasks while racing against the timer. You get a point for each sphere you use and a bonus token for using all five colors, but you lose two points for each task card you don't follow correctly. Prove to your opponents that you are the master of multi-dimensional thinking! The winner of this tournament will get a trophy, a copy of the game, plus a seat at the final round of the West Coast Regional Championship at RAGECON 2025 (as well as a free badge to RAGECON 2025)!

Asteroyds is a racing and pre-program game similar to RoboRally but with enough significant differences to make it stand out as its own design.
The UAG designed the components from the ground up with over 40 3D printed parts and a massive 3x4 ft map!
Each player takes on the role of a famous Shuttle Racer Pilot and they have been drawn to a deadly event put on by a mega-rich entrepreneur that has recently bought the Ujitos system.
The aim of Asteroyds is to navigate the highly dangerous asteroid field and pass through four gates. What sets the game apart from other games of this design is that almost everything in the race zone can move position, so the players need to plan with that in mind.

This year, RinCon is partnering with the Diana Jones Award’s Emerging Designer Program. This is a scholarship fund to amplify the voices of up-and-coming designers, with a focus on creators from marginalized communities. Help us help the EDP bring fresh, new, and diverse voices to the tabletop games community.
So, what IS this event? Watch in awe and amazement as Brendan LaSalle, creator of Xcrawl, writer on Dungeon Crawl Classics from Goodman Games, and GM extraordinaire, leads a group of RinCon luminaries on a madcap adventure through a Dungeon Crawl Classics world. The twist? For a donation to the EDP fund, you, the audience, will get to throw in whatever idea, concept, or event you like, and Brendan will have to incorporate it into the session on the fly, and our special guest players will have to roll with it! We promise, hilarity will ensue! And one lucky RinCon attendee will have a chance to play in this game, too - there will be a silent auction for the final player seat at the table.
