The object of the game is to score the most points by the time the world ends. Score points by playing Traits for your Doomlings’ species, making them more adaptable, resilient, and mischievous. As your Doomlings assert their dominance, Catastrophes will befall the planet, causing setbacks for each competing species. When the third Catastrophe inevitably strikes, the world ends, and the Doomlings with the strongest set of traits gets to look the Apocalypse in the eye and declare…“I scored the most points!”

In this turn-based tactical combat boardgame, players recruit teams of three or four from a wide pool of Heroes, all of them experts in a Combat Role, like Tactician, Healer and Bruiser. There are countless combos, counterpicks and strategies to explore in the attempt to build a powerful and synergistic team.

The friendly engine-building game of birds, habitats, food, and eggs also has a competitive side!? Inspired by the enthusiastic Winspan Tournaments online community, this mini-tournament will include a preliminary round and a final round for winners of the first game, which will occur back to back. There will not be a full teach of Wingspan before the game, but David will be just a call away if you have questions. Prizes and awards will be up for grabs, as well as Arizona-wide bragging rights! NOTE: Has a lunch break at 1:00 PM.
